What is Custom Foam?

Custom Foam is made from a much denser material meaning it is much more protective and efficient. It is excellent for presentation purposes as each item will sit perfectly in its own spots, you can even add finger holes for easy access. 

What are the disadvantages?

The only real disadvantages to Custom Foam is that because each slot is designed to fit a certain item if you wanted to change your layout/gear then you would need a whole new insert doing. If you are someone who likes a regular change then you should check out our blog on the Trekpak. The second would be the lead time, due to the foam inserts being machine made to order, our standard lead time is 10-15 working days from order placed and draing approved.

How do I enquire?

You would need to submit a drawing with all dimensions shown via the enquiry page or Email: sales@protective-cases.co.uk.

Then, please advise if you have any specific requirements, the specific density of foam required, weight of items going in the foam, foam colour required, lead time required and do you require any case or packaging to compliment your foam insert.
